Delivery Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they enter the correct delivery address when they are placing an order. If the incorrect delivery address is entered we are not required to resend the order to the correctly stated delivery address at our expense. Once the order has been dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed.
Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. Once the mockup banner design has been approved by the customer, the banner will be sent to the printing phase and then sent out for delivery. Orders and confirmation of mockup designs received outside of normal working hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - excluding bank holidays) will be processed the next working day.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, in any way, you can return it to www.ukweddingbanners.co.uk. Please call our customer service hotline on 07886269940 once you have received your goods, quoting your name and order number. The customer representative will then discuss the return policy with you and advise you further. We request that you send a digital picture of where the fault is and with it provide a detailed description and send these to us via email to info@ukweddingbanners.co.uk. In the majority of cases the situation can be easily resolved with email and telephone verification.
Returns will not be accepted unless you have spoken with the returns department and they have authorised you to send the goods back within 7 days.
Please note we work in accordance with these provisions:
Goods which are Non-faulty are not accepted as products have been personalized or customized specifically to your requirements.
Goods which are faulty are accepted but only if you have contacted our returns department and they have authorized you to send the stretched print back to us. Our returns departments contact number is 07886269940. Please provide written notice with your return when sending them back to us. The delivery address will be given at the point of contact upon requesting returns
We require customers, who send back their damaged stretched prints, to use a service such as Royal Mail signed for delivery or special delivery so that they have proof of delivery. It is up to the customer to cover all costs they may incur when returning goods. Once the item has been examined and we feel that we are at fault, we will happily reimburse your postage costs.
Once we have received the item in its original state, www.ukweddingbanners.co.uk will refund all monies or reprint faulty items. Please be aware that if the product is not in an unused condition then www.ukweddingbanners.co.uk will not be able to offer you a refund or reprint for faulty workmanship which we may repair. In the event of minor fault to prints, www.ukweddingbanners.co.uk may suggest alternative solutions.
Upon receiving your mock up banner before print, it is up to the customer to ensure all changes and requests are correct and carried out as www.ukweddingbanners.co.uk do not take any liability once customers have signed off their banner designs.
