What Media/Paper do you use?
We use only the highest grade paper to compliment our top quality banner prints. We use a 180 GSM grade, coated matte media for your banners. This allows them to be light enough to stick up with blue-tack or tape.
Can I choose my own size?
You are welcome to advise us on any size which you require
Is the quality of my image good enough to blow up onto the banner?
We recommend that you send us images of high quality taken from a camera which allows you to takes high quality pictures.
How do I send you a photo?
You can email your digital images to info@ukweddingbanners.co.uk. If your photos are in any other format please contact us to find the best way of sending them to us.
Can I use pictures from the internet?
Images from the internet are often compressed which means they lose quality. Although they may look good on the screen, when enlarged and printed they will appear very pixulated and distorted therefore we don't recommend using images from the internet (ie. social media websites such as facebook or twitter)
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards.
Do you need my personal details?
Yes, we need your personal information as they are required for the delivery of your items.Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. This information is not passed to any third party and treated with the highest level of security. We also need these details for our records only and can be removed upon written request from you. We will send you emails regarding your order but they will be kept to a minimum.
Is the website secure?
We use Paypal as a payment gateway which has a 128 bit SSL encryption which is near enough impossible to crack or hack into. Meaning that when you make a payment via our website, its 100% secure.
How long does shipping take?
Typically 3 – 5 working days (or maybe quicker).
Can you remove imperfections from images?
Yes. Our design team are able to remove stamp marks or blemishes from your pictures. You are welcome to inquire about getting your images retouched by us.
What if I no longer wish to get the banner printed after seeing the mock-up?
We are always fair with customers and strive to meet their exact requirements. Sometimes after seeing the mock-up design you may not like the design as it may have turned out differently to what you initially though. If this does happen then a fee of £5 or 15% (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your payment, minus paypal charges, for the efforts taken to create your banner design. If more than 1 banner is designed on your request then £3 will be charged per additional banner design / banner variation.
Does the banner have to have the website logo on the side?
Unfortunately it is company policy to keep the logo on the banner.
